Ordering & Minimum Quantities

Each product style (the main product shown on the page) has a 24-unit minimum per order. You can mix color/size variants within the style, but the total across all variants must be at least 24.

Each color/size variant must be ordered in set increments: apparel in multiples of 6 per variant, and hats in multiples of 12 per variant. You may combine variants to reach the 24-unit style minimum.

Yes. You can order any combination of color/size variants within the same style—as long as your cart totals 24+ units for that style and each variant quantity follows the required increments (6 for apparel, 12 for hats).

No. Minimums apply per style. Each style must meet the 24-unit minimum independently, and each variant within that style must follow the required increments (6 for apparel, 12 for hats).

A style is the core product on the product page (for example, a specific tee design). Different colors and sizes are considered variants of that same style.

If a style total is under 24 units, or if any variant does not meet the required increment (6 for apparel, 12 for hats), the order cannot be submitted until quantities are adjusted.

Shipping & Delivery

In-stock items typically ship within 3–6 business days. After shipment, delivery is typically 3–6 business days, depending on your location. Weekends and holidays may delay processing and transit. Orders placed after 12:00 PM (Friday) begin processing the following Monday, and orders placed on nationally observed holidays begin processing the next business day. Small parcel orders ship via UPS and rates are based on weight and dimensions.

Yes. Local orders may be placed for warehouse pickup. Our fulfillment team will contact you when your order is ready. Orders are fulfilled in the order received.

Not at this time—express delivery is not currently available for bulk/freight orders.

International orders are not supported at this time. Please contact merch@mossyoak.com for more information.

Freight Quotes for Large Orders

Some large or bulk orders require a custom freight quote based on size, weight, destination, and carrier availability. If a quote is required, you’ll be prompted to choose the freight quote option at checkout.

Select “ASI Freight quote required – billed separately” at checkout.

After checkout, our sales team will contact you with a freight/shipping quote and send a separate shipping invoice (with a payment link) for the shipping charges.

Your order moves to fulfillment after the shipping invoice is paid. Once payment is received, we’ll process and ship your order.

If the freight quote doesn’t work for you, we will be happy to find an alternative that does. Otherwise, you may cancel your order any time before it enters fulfillment. We’ll share the quote for approval first, and your order will not move to fulfillment until shipping is approved and paid.

Payments

Mossy Oak Merch orders may be paid for with a credit card upon checkout, or via ACH payment. For ACH payments and other payment methods, please contact our sales team directly at merch@mossyoak.com.
